Short Behind the term Gnomus the new BOA bassreflex-box-subwoofers are hidden. In extremely minimized boxes extraordinary powerful woofers are included which deliver each bass-signal extremely pulse-reliable. All Gnomus-box-subwoofers fascinate with frames made of extremely strong MDF, the woofers are glued carefully. The front for integrating the subwoofer is even double-shielded to prevent the membrane from drifting. The bassreflex-tubes possess rounded edges inside the box/frame to minimize the flow noise. The connecting terminals are gold-plated and the cable from the terminal to the loudspeaker possesses a solid cross section of 2 x 6 mm². Three subwoofer protectors made of chromed 5mm-steel bows shelter the membrane. Main device of all Gnomus-boxes is the tremendous subwoofer with its extraordinary strong aluminium die-cast case, a wide dimensioned oscillator coil mounted on a capton carrier, push-terminals and rubber- covered doubled magnets.
